My name is Mr. Sean Keane and I am the Health and Physical Education teacher at Nehaunsey Middle School. I was born and raised in the town of Stratford, New Jersey in a family that stressed the importance of staying active. I graduated from Rowan University in May 2013 with a degree in Health and Physical Education.
I was always a huge fan of participating in different sports growing up, mainly focusing on soccer, basketball, and tennis. I have even had the opportunity to coach tennis at my old high school, Sterling. As much as I love playing sports, I am an even bigger fan of supporting all Philadelphia sports franchises. An Eagles loss on a Sunday makes my Mondays very tough (especially when I have to listen to the students who are Cowboys fans). I am looking forward to sharing my enthusiasm with all of my classes!
