Welcome to Target at Clay Elementary! My name is Felicia Clark and I am the Target Teacher at Clay. My background offers 17 years of elementary education.
My passion is gifted education and nurturing these students’ unique abilities, and encouraging a “Growth Mindset”. My goal is to explore the curriculum in a manner that supports: advanced research & methods, creative thinking & problem solving, critical & logical problem solving, and advanced communication.
In my spare time, you will find me at a park, attending festivals, watching football, or traveling. I love traveling to the Florida Gulf, or places with white-sandy beaches. However lately, the majority of my travel has been to Huntsville Alabama. This is where my 20 year old daughter Taylor, is pursuing a degree in speech pathology, at Alabama A&M Univeristy. Go Bulldogs!!
I am truly excited about my transition here to the Cobb County School System at Clay Elementary.
